Just Like The Famous Old Play is dramatized from a true life story entitled Cruel Ordeal Of Little Marian Louise. Last month in the criminal courts of a big city a twelve year old girl whispered the fatal words which convicted her father of the murder of her mother. This courtroom tragedy was copying in real life the famous old play called A Celebrated case in which little Adrienne Reynolds convicted her father of the same crime and in the same way. In the stage drama there was no eyewitness to the killing only one ear witness in the next room who heard her mother's last words which when repeated at the trial destroyed her father's defense. In the real life drama the same thing happened.
