It's evening at the Foster's house and Judy and her friend Mitsy are discussing life, and how they haven't had a date for at least a couple of weeks... This sparks a wonderful idea - they should have a party! The only downside is that every time they've been to other friend's parties, the girls there have stolen the eligible boys, so at Judy's party, they're not going to invite girls - just bazillions of boys! That way they'll surely get a date, right?
