Joins Local Civil Defense Group

The night school that Luigi goes to is make a drive to enlist volunteers for the Local civil defense program and Luigi is very interest in joining. He has to go to the city hall and meet Mr. Flanagan who is very short tempered. Flanagan asks Luigi if he was born and bred in America to which Luigi replies, “I was a born in Italy, but I make a the bread in America…!”
