This is the case of Joe McCann and the West Side syndicate who ruled an empire of crime in the east, robberies, extortion, assault, escape. They even cased Uncle Sam for a cool million and carried out the job without a hitch. 

They were men who thought they were big timers but who's bragging and arrogance do not tell of the inevitable crime acts of capture or death.
