Joe Logan is a private detective who mails George Valentine $100 and tells him to cry murder if he is among the missing tomorrow morning. Sure enough a car runs down Joe Logan during the night and a prominent banker is found dead in a cheap motel and an incredible blond puts the finger on Valentine’s dead client as the murderer.
