Jim wasn't planning on going to the meeting tonight when Police constable Arquette called upon him to invite him with the enticement of a poker game. Somehow during the poker game Jim manages to get elected as temporary Justice of the Peace. Constable Arquette tells him its nothing to worry about as there are only two things that people come before the Justice of the Peace for, to get married or for a speeding offence and both require the same answer - slow down!
