A letter, not only airmailed special delivery, but registered as well, certainly has all of the trappings of a message of importance. It's just such a letter that Penny's invalid foster father, Jed Billings, received. After Penny hands it to him, he sits in his wheelchair, and wonders aloud what the letter may contain - mainly to tease Penny and Grace who are so eager for him to open it!
