A gentleman named Al Foates has called the house today a couple of times, but nobody wants to talk to him. So, he arrives at the house instead, determined to be heard by the family. Foates is self employed, and his job is to uncover and trace missing heirs who have money coming to them through an inheritance. A family member has passed away, and left their entire estate to Ned, Sarah and their niece Lucille.
