A portly businessman disembarks from an afternoon plane practically unnoticed. His name R J Carey, Vice President of Star Airlines, and his mission is business - with Senator Dean Edwards in fact. In a private business deal, he wants to purchase several planes from a government in Africa, and he wants the Senator to cut the red tape. After hearing about the deal, Senator Dean Edwards calls in the State Department. It should be a private business deal, but if Carey buys those planes for Star Airlines, he may be buying an international crisis for the United States!
