The Harris children have been studying the American Indian at school. Being of Indian blood, Phil was elated when the children told him about it because at last they had brought home the one subject he knew something about. 

For many years Alice and her family have teased Phil about his Indian blood but tonight Phil finds out here's a surprising advantage in being an Indian, Indians don't pay income taxes! He now has to provide the proof that he genuinely is an Indian and may have to go live on a reservation.
