John Conte opens the show, introducing Harry Sosnik and the Savings Bond Orchestra who play a special arrangement of a song from the musical South Pacific, entitled, This Nearly Was Mine. Next up, is the brilliant member of a famous acting family, and popular star of stage, screen and radio, Miss Ida Lupino, who appears in an original sketch entitled Out Of The Jungle, written by Harry Lawrence.
