The year is 1917, and all of Europe are now at war. In April, President Woodrow Wilson asked Congress to join in the war against the Germany of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Doughboys were already off to France, singing 'we won't be back 'til it's over, over there'. But, in a large midwestern city of the United States, another kind of war was just starting. With a promised passage of the eighteenth, the prohibition amendment, the forces of crime began to gather their troops in a campaign to fight that law, and all laws...
