Judge James Hardy has an article in the morning paper on reckless driving. It’s intended primarily for those young fellows who drive Hot Rod’s around town at breakneck speed. In it he has tried to point out the dangers involved and issues a plea for the parents to speak to their children. Meanwhile Andy Hardy is planning to take part in a Hot Rod race tonight and hasn't told his father.
