A few days ago not having any pictures of prospective husbands to send out Lum conceives the idea of mailing a few pictures of Abner. Evidently Abner’s picture proved quite a hit with the ladies. Among other letters he received one from a Miss Hortense Kelly who stated that she had fallen in love with him through his picture and was coming to Pine Ridge to pay him a visit soon.
