A violent storm has broken over the open range land of eastern California, turning mid-afternoon to night, and lashing the parched ground with a torrential downpour. Hop and Tank, captured at gunpoint by Tex Regan and taken to a broken down, deserted shack situated in a narrow canyon, suddenly find themselves in the greatest danger of their lives, when they see a swirling tide of water rising around them!
