A group of influential businessmen have assembled for lunch in a private dining room. The conversation during the meal is in general but as soon as the dishes have been cleared away Howard Gleason self imported chairman calls for order. It is the intention of Gleason to rid the town of the drifters and riff raff with the cooperation of the “good” people of the town.
