The Roberts’ new very English butler arrives at their suburban American door with a silver tea set and the news of their British cousin Sir Philip Robertson’s demise. He bequeathed that the Queen Ann silver service and his butler be inseparable and that both must be kept by Philip Roberts or neither!

What follows is madcap hilarity as Higgins attempts to wait on the Roberts as he had been trained and the Roberts’ unease at having someone wait on them.
