Lum’s only chances of acquittal on the charges of violating the Blue Sky Law is to produce Squire Skimp, the promoter of the big silver mine, before the case comes to trial. Yesterday they learned that the missing Squire was in Tulsa Oklahoma and Lum is planning a trip to bring him back for the trial.
