The majority of our public schools start their semesters tomorrow, but our Miss Brooks, who teaches English at Madison High School decided to go back last Friday. At breakfast, her landlady asked her the reason. There were several; that she liked to get her desk in order, make sure that the blackboards were all clean and ready, and that she wouldn't be the only teacher at school today - the biology lab would need to be put in shape too...
