Doing ones civic duty is one thing but turning in the hardened boss of a notorious crime ring takes either guts or just plain ignorance. We are not too sure which it was with Amy Hastings but she did her duty. She put the finger on Archer Hamlin the top drug dealer whose arrest and conviction all but put a stop to the flow of drug traffic in and out of New York City.
