This instalment of the story includes episodes 061, 062, 063 & 064. Pirbright's factory came directly under suspicion as far as Roland Fletcher aka The Grey Goose was concerned who found himself impersonating an envoy of a foreign power. In his interview with Pirbright he learned that he had accepted a contract for a hundred thousand pounds for precision bits of a war weapon. As The Grey Goose had already purloined his plans and specifications they didn't arrive and his friend, the enemy, as represented by the Grey Goose asked for a rebate of fifty thousand pounds and Pirbright gave him a check.
