One day of relaxation on a Norfolk farm and the Grey Goose Roland Fletcher suddenly finds himself plunged in to the scene of a landlord versus tenant feud. Norman the farmer is evicted with his very charming daughter Matilda, and so he goes to a local Inn. It Appears that Malcolm Gregory is the villain of the piece for he is the local property owner and his son Hal Gregory has designs on Matilda who will have none of him. Then on the very night of the eviction Norman's farm caught on fire and Norman Gregory is accused. Roland gets Charlie Austin down and decides to investigate.
