It’s early evening at Granby’s Green Acres on this July 31st and inside the weather-beaten farmhouse we find John Granby seating himself at the dining room table about to do his monthly bookkeeping. Swiftly he adds up the months profits makes a lightening calculation and says, “Martha where’s the red ink…”
