Instead of working from home, Gracie wants George to go out and get an office so that she can kiss him goodbye each morning when he leaves for work, Gracie finds him an office with a 99 year lease. However she is concerned that George will expire before the lease! And what's more all George wanted was one little room but Gracie has got him a big office with three rooms.
