Sixteen year old Buddy Birdwell is supposed to be going on a date tonight with his girlfriend, Sue, but his stepfather has banned him from using the car since he got a speeding ticket three weeks before. Incensed by his stepfather's refusal to any leniency, Buddy decides to kill him!
