Golden Boy is the story of Joe Boneparte, a story that begins in the small cheaply furnished office of the fight manager Tom Moody. It begins with him and his girlfriend Lorna. Joe is a young and good fighter who wins but who won’t slug for fear of breaking his hands and ruining his true passion in life.
