At their meeting yesterday the stockholders voted to reopen Mountain View Inn over  the strenuous objections of the promoters and they also appointed Lum as manager. Well Lum went the stockholders one better by offering to put up $1000 if he and Abner weren't able to keep the hotel open for three months.
