Hobo was a big dog, a cross between a St Bernard and a Husky. He was extremely likeable, and had hundreds of friends in and around Dawson City, welcomed wherever he went, but he never stayed in one place for long. The North West Mounted Headquarters was one of his regular stops, and he had a great admiration for King and for Sergeant Preston, always bringing the Sergeant a present. This time it's a dead fish!
