Philip Dudley-Evans (with aliases), is wanted by the FBI, for fraud and impersonation. Without any tangible leads, the FBI turned their attention to a series of fraudulent checks which Evans had left with his victims, signed by him as President, Treasurer or Purchasing Agent for a non-existent chain of retail stores in the south. His fictitious business activities covered nine states, and his annual take as a swindler was many thousands. Evans knew every trick of the trade, and the FBI needed to bring him in.
