Harry Froud calls in to the 21st Precinct police station to report an abandoned baby. Eight weeks ago a young twenty year old woman had left her baby with his wife to look after for a couple of months. She paid Mrs Froud $12.50 a week and paid her up front for three weeks. Mr Froud said she hasn't paid anything since and felt that the baby had been abandoned with them. However, Mrs Froud was reluctant to give the baby boy, Richie, up.
