He's quite a popular young man around Washington DC as his new jet-powered model plane has just broken all existing speed, endurance and distance records. The ship is a real sleek looking job with needle-pointed nose, swept back wings, all of it his own design - and with it, Chuck walked away with all the honors. Right now, Chuck's flicking through all of the published stories of him in the newspapers, when the phone rings. It's Captain Midnight, and he wants Chuck's help to investigate a robbery!
