Washington D.C. Where the men you elected to office toil arduously to justify your confidence in them. One of the gigantic tasks, is coordinating a myriad of committees, sub-committees, political differences and ever increasing demands on federal funds, into what they hope ultimately will be successful legislation. Right now, a senate committee, headed by Senator Dean Edwards, is meeting to weigh the merits of a demand for federal funds amounting to ten million dollars on a flood control project. It's a lot of tax payer's money, and young Senator Edwards feels his responsibility keenly as he listens to the arguments pro and con.
