Mobster, Anthony Targou, was deported to the Balkans a few years ago, but managed to slip into Canada late last year, where he was reportedly killed in an automobile accident. When he was deported, his whole racketeer organisation folded. Some of the small mobs tried to hold it together but couldn't, and the syndicate completely failed. But a short time ago, the agency learned that it was operating again, with the strings being pulled from somewhere outside of the US. He's the only one who could ever successfully run the organisation, so maybe he wasn't killed after all...
