The story A Fifth Of Tears is written and narrated by Bob Sweeney. Laura Martin is a policewoman with five years service. She is working undercover as a cocktail waitress in the Three Jacks Club, which is suspected of violation of employing waitresses to encourage patrons to buy drinks. There’s something else, one waitress is suspected of being 16 years old, a juvenile.
