Billy Webber was an arrogant punk, about to be executed by electricution. Usually, a man crumbles with the realization of what is about to happen, but when Billy saw the paparazzi sitting out there waiting to witness his execution, he asked the warden if he could say something... He said: "All I want to tell you is, I don't have to be here. These two guards, I could have busted loose from them. I just didn't that's all - but I could have. Like a lot of things. Like with the fence! It's the same thing. I don't have to be here at all...". Three minutes later, the doctor certified that his heart had stopped beating. That's all there was to it, but Victor, who witnessed the execution, is still trying to figure out what he meant...
