Henry is cleaning the oven to help his mother on account of a party she is having for aunt Harriet. Meanwhile Sam is planning a big celebration for Independence Day. When Sam asks Homer to spread the word, Homer thinks Sam is planning a surprise party for Henry and that the party for Aunt Harriet is just a blind for it.
