A poet decides to live stealthily inside a department store, but discovers a whole underground of people already there! They even have their own form of protection: The Dark Men (who live secretly in funeral homes.) He falls in love with a woman, but she has eyes for another. It’s the night watchman ... but that would be a very dangerous liaison for the store dwellers!
