Jonathan R. Kenworthy was a wealthy man with a life policy on him for $200,000. He had been murdered and the beneficiary was his grandson Carlton Kenworthy who was also his sole heir to his estate. The Insurance Company thinks that Carlton had murdered his grandfather, as he was the only person who could benefit from his death.
