A man's wife has suddenly dropped from sight. On the surface it appears only as a routine missing persons case. Detective Sergeant Friday has been assigned to Homicide Detail. He starts to investigate and suspicion grows. There is evidence of possible foul play. It's Friday's job to find the woman or find her murderer.
