This is a tribute to man who helped to make Idaho the fertile prosperous state it is today. Late in the nineteenth century Charles Walgamott and his wife Lettie were living in the north side of Snake River at Shoshone Falls when Burton Perrine (May 7, 1861 - October 2, 1943) arrived with his vision of irrigating the desert area.
