Being a newscaster on a radio station the size of KOP put Chuck Morgan in line to meet a lot of interesting people like Joe Stanley for instance. Joe was a scientist employed by the government to work on some strictly hush hush project for a hydrogen bomb. When a plane Joe was flying in came down resulting in his death and 67 other people this was the 4th disaster of this type in six weeks.
