Dr Alexander Gadhere had been arrested in San Diego three weeks ago for handing over information to the Russians on airplane construction. Radio News Anchor man Chuck Morgan remembered him well as he had interviewed him three times. Gadhere escaped and three days later was captured but the FBI doesn’t think that the man they have captured is Gadhere but a decoy so that Gadhere can escape across the border in to Canada. Chuck Morgan is asked to identify the man so that the police can set him free and follow him to the real Gadhere.
