When Dave Eaves came home from the Navy to his hometown Buchanan in Georgia he had a dream to grow cotton on his land. However he discovered the land was not fit for growing anything and many of the townsfolk had left for the big cities. He decides that the only way to get people back in to town is to build a factory to entice business to the area and provide work for the people.
