Jane is helping Richard get circulars out to urge the voters to elect Robert Colby so that an honest man in council will at long last represent the district. Her friend Irma wants to help but Jane explains that it is important work but she agrees to let her go the post office for her to purchase a hundred 3 cent stamps and tells her not to shop around. Meantime Al’s friend Joe gets him a job campaigning for crooked Honest Jim Blake and asks Irma for her help. Oh dear Irma’s loyalties are divided but not having Irma helping is definately more of an advantage.
