Captain Frank Kennelly is working the day tour from 8am to 6pm. He is in his office, having a meeting with Patrolman Dylan. There was an envelope left for him at the station house yesterday, which had one hundred dollars in it. He doesn't know who it was from, and only found it after he came off his tour. It had a note, thanking the officer for his service. It was handwritten, but that still doesn't narrow down who the sender is. It's against the policy of the station to accept gratuities from anyone, so the Captain has some decisions to make.
