Marshall Matt Dillon is out of town and Chester and Doc are together when Brice Hart approaches them and recognises Doc as the judge who put him away for seven years. Even though Chester and Doc tell the man he is not a judge the man believes that he is covering up the fact that he is a judge by telling him he is a doctor. The Hart warns Doc judge that he has had seven years to consider that he is going to kill the judge who put him away.
