Last Saturday afternoon for the twenty-seventh time this year Mrs McGee bumped in to a large and very sad looking obstruction in the middle of the living-room floor and told her husband, "this Christmas tree has got  to go!" That was last Saturday afternoon and it's still standing on the kitchen porch.
