An automobile is moving slowly along 14th Street in downtown Wistful Vista, with the man at the wheel glancing intently toward the sidewalk, as if in search of something. It turns the corner, and a woman riding beside the driver says "there's a place to park!" The smallest change Fibber has is a dime, so now they've bought themselves a parking space for two solid hours - and Fibber has decided that they're going to take advantage of the whole two hours!
