The story starts at a left-wing politically rally followed by a man and woman discussing the New Order and the lengths to which they will go in their loyalty to the cause. The woman had proved her devotion by reporting her own father for undesirable activities. As a reward for her commitment she is given a new assignment that takes her to the United States of America. It is made clear to her that the assignment has to be a success; failure is not an option. Two American Government agents are determined to foil the plot, and are waiting for her when she arrives with her young daughter in New York, but will they succeed?
