Today's story began in Eastern Nevada, near the town of Franklin. Hoppy and California were on their way back to the Bar 20 with nothing more on their minds than where to stop for the night. Then California decided that things were too quiet, and burst into song - but unfortunately it alerted their position to a gang of crooks and they end up horseless, and pretty hot under the collar!
